Scalder made of stainless steel 18/8 (AISI-304)  The agitation is got by the air injection in the hot water, this process produces a strong water current and this allows a better thermal conduction to the poultry muscles and therefore a better plucking. The scalder can be made with two different sections, one of them dirtier for the birds entrance and the other one clean. |
